𝟲. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Yes, people still care about this feature! If they see recommendations, they're also less likely to do back channels without asking you. So it's insurance and helps you get more interviews. Get 2 recommendations from each of your last 3 roles.
