  1. Campaign Period: February 23, 2026 00:00 GMT+8 - March 15, 2026 23:59 GMT+8
  2. This Campaign is open to all users from the South East Asia region (excluding Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam) who have completed identity verification.
    1. All users hereby refer to: New and existing OKX users who have not made a first-time-trade, and active users.
    2. This campaign is only available for selected users who are targeted through the platform's homepage card. Users who register through a shared or copied link will not be able to participate in the campaign.
    3. Users must complete KYC2 identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.
    4. You must click the "Join Now" button and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
    5. Participation in this Campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
    6. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) are not eligible to participate in this Campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service (or your applicable local terms, if any).

  1. To be eligible for the reward, both the inviter and the invitee must successfully join the Campaign. The invitee is required to (i) complete identity verification (KYC), (ii) join the Campaign, and (iii) complete the specified new user task. Only upon fulfilling all these conditions will both the inviter and invitee qualify for the reward.
  2. Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, P2P transactions with merchants or credit card. Deposits by internal transfers and transactions with individual P2P sellers will be excluded. Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
  3. The invitee (i.e. new user) must have complete first time trade with minimum 150 USDT (calculated after participants have joined the campaign). Trading volume calculation: Cumulative valid spot and derivatives trading volume generated during the activity period. Trading volume from using OKX's other rewards, including but not limited to rebate card, contract voucher or USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this Campaign.
  4. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
  1. The rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and until fully distributed.
  2. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  3. The maximum prize pool for this Campaign is 50,000 USDT. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the Campaign end date, the Campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's Campaign data. With the following breakdown per event:
    1. New user basic task:
      • Total prize value: 25,000 USDT in trading bonus
      • The first 2,500 new eligible users who complete [New User Basic Task] during the Campaign Period will each receive a 10 USDT trading bonus.
      • Only for eligible new users who has not performed a first-time trade (FTT) before enrollment for this promotion.
      • New user event rewards will be instantly distributed to the first 2,500 eligible users upon task completion.
    3. Referral event for all users:
      • Total prize value: 25,000 USDT in trading bonus
      • Refer a friend to OKX, and ask them to finish [New User Basic Task] to get 20 USDT trading bonus, each user up to 5 referrals.
      • Referral event rewards will be instantly distributed to the eligible users on a first-come-first-served basis upon task completion.
  5. Rewards will be distributed instantly once users completed the tasks. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
  6. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
  2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
  7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
