Outage Overview: Monitoring detected around 17:45 Beijing time on November 14, 2017, that the carrier network between Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong Availability Zone B and Availability Zone C experienced instability, affecting network communication between availability zones. Alibaba Cloud immediately reported the issue to the carrier, who is currently working on an emergency fix.
