how did we get there?

history: Status started in 2017 as a privacy messenger with a wallet and a web3 browser
but to ship a privacy-focused app we needed to create the core infra to run it:
@Waku_org for encrypted p2p messaging,
@Codex_storage for data storage,
@ethnimbus for light clients,
@Keycard_ for secure hardware wallet,
and more recently: @StatusL2 for gasless transactions
the app was the tip of that iceberg
