How do I buy/sell crypto in C2C?

C2C trading provides a convenient channel for buying and selling crypto, allowing you to participate in the marketplace more flexibly. Next, please refer to the following article for a comprehensive overview of the steps of buying and selling crypto through C2C trading. This will help you understand the process and start C2C trading.

If you are a newly registered user, you may select Deposit on the App homepage and select C2C trading or Buy crypto to buy cryptocurrency. Existing users can follow the steps below to conduct C2C trading, including C2C trading and Buy crypto.

Note: the platform currently doesn't support linking or using payment methods from other countries to buy crypto.

How do I use C2C Express?

Buy crypto in C2C Express

On the App:

1. Tap C2C trading > Select Express on the top > Buy > Enter the amount you want to purchase and select the crypto you wish to buy

2. Tap Select payment method > Choose the payment method > Preview order > Confirm > I understand & continue > Get payment details

3. Then, transfer the payment according to the merchant's specified method. After successful payment, select I have paid > Upload the payment proof > Tap Submit

4. Wait for the merchant to receive the funds and release the crypto.

On the Web:

1. Tap Buy crypto > C2C trading > Select Express on the top > Buy > Enter the amount you want to purchase and select the crypto you wish to buy

2. Choose the payment method > Confirm > I understand & continue > Verify the seller’s account details to avoid fund loss

3. Then, transfer the payment according to the merchant's specified method. After successful payment, select I have paid > Upload the payment proof > Tap Confirm payment

4. Wait for the merchant to receive the funds and release the crypto.

Note:

• The Reference price on the C2C Express page is estimated based on the available offers on the C2C marketplace. You may proceed to Select receiving method to view the actual prices.

• You can also use the Crypto converter and calculator to view the real-time conversion rate of crypto against its cash equivalent.

• If the crypto's price fluctuates too high at the moment, it may result in an unsuccessful exchange. It is recommended that you perform the conversion yourself using the Convert feature. The Convert path is as follows:

  • On the web version, select Trade > Convert to proceed.

  • On the app version, select Main Menu > Convert to proceed.

Sell crypto in C2C Express

On the App:

1. Tap C2C trading > Select Express on the top > Sell > Enter the amount you want to sell and select the crypto you wish to sell (if you have insufficient funds, select Manage funds)

2. Tap Select payment method > Choose the payment method > Preview order > Confirm > I understand & continue > Place order and wait for the buyers to make the payment

3. After the buyer makes the payment, check the payment status yourself. Once confirmed, select I have received the payment to complete the order.

On the Web:

1. Tap Buy crypto > C2C trading > Select Express on the top > Buy > Enter the amount you want to purchase and select the crypto you wish to buy

2. Tap Select receiving method > Choose the payment method > Confirm > I understand & continue > Place order and wait for the buyers to make the payment

3. After the buyer makes the payment, check the payment status yourself. Once confirmed, select I have received the payment to complete the order.

How do I use C2C trading?

Buy crypto

On the App:

1. Tap C2C trading > Select C2C on the top > Buy

2. Tap USDT and select the crypto you want to purchase > Choose a suitable merchant and select Buy

3. Enter the amount you want to purchase > Buy crypto with 0 fees > I understand & continue > Get payment details

4. Then, transfer the payment according to the merchant's specified method. After successful payment, select I have paid > Upload the payment proof > Tap Submit

5. Wait for the merchant to receive the funds and release the crypto.

On the Web:

1. Tap Buy crypto > C2C trading > Select C2C on the top > Buy

2. Tap USDT and select the crypto you want to purchase > Choose a suitable merchant and select Buy

3. Enter the amount you want to purchase > Buy crypto with 0 fees > I understand & continue

4. Tap Confirm > Verify the seller’s account details to avoid fund loss
